Diagnostic Fee – applied to any labor service charge. $ 75

DATA BACKUP & RECOVERY SERVICES

• Backup & Transfer Level 1 – Copy and transfer back to system desktop or external media (does not include retention or restore to original directory locations). $ 75
• Backup & Retain Level 2 – IMAGE and store for 30 days (does not include restore). $ 150
• Backup & Restore Level 3 – Copy and restore backed up email, favorites, documents, pictures and proprietary software data to original directories. $150
• Data Recovery & Backup Level 4 – Data recovery attempt(s), and transfer to external media if successful. $150
• DriveSavers Agent – Confirm drive failure, coordinate with DriveSavers, shipping of documentation and drive for recovery, provide estimate for recovery fee. $100

ADDITIONAL COMMON SERVICES

• Virus/Spyware/Adware Removal – Includes updates to antivirus software and Windows critical updates. $175
• General Cleanup – Remove malware and unused programs, defragment hard drives, performance optimization. $85
• Wipe & Reload – Hard Drive wipe and reload of OS and drivers (does not include backup) $150
• On-site installation of new or repaired system, set up internet, email, printers, other peripherals $95
• In-shop configuration of internet connection & email settings $75

COMPONENT INSTALLATIONS – LABOR COSTS

• Motherboard Replacement. Includes OS install. $250
• Hardware Installs Memory, CPU, Floppy, CD/DVD, Sound, Video, Network, USB, Card Readers, Power Supplies $50
• All Other In-shop services not listed above, including software installation, data copying or conversion (per hr.) $ 85
• Expedite Fee – Immediate In-shop Service – Addn’l $100
