Laptop Repair – Flat-rate In-Shop Services

Local, professional laptop and notebook computer repair and screen replacements. Our Diagnostic Fee is waived with any service. Just $ 75

  • System Optimization – Registry clean-up, defragment hard drives, remove unused programs, and performance optimization. $75
  • Virus/Spyware/Adware Removal – Includes updates to antivirus software and Windows critical updates (in-shop service only). $175
  • Wipe & Reload Windows 7 or 8 – Hard Drive wipe and reload of OS and drivers (without backup – $100, Level 1 backup – $160, Level 2 backup – $225)
  • Wipe & Reload Windows XP or Vista – Hard Drive wipe and reload of OS and drivers (without backup – $150, Level 1 backup – $200, Level 2 backup – $265)
  • Expedite Fee – Immediate In-shop Service – Addn’l $100

Laptop Repair – Backup and Restore Services

  • Backup & Transfer Level 1 – Copy and transfer back to system laptop or external media (does not include retention or restore to original directory location). $75
  • Backup & Restore Level 2 – Copy and restore backed up email, favorites, documents, pictures and proprietary software data to original directories; installation of Microsoft Office and applications provided on disk by client. $150
  • Hard Drive Image or Clone – Image and transfer hard drive content to new drive. $100

Laptop Repair – Data Recovery Services

  • Data Recovery – In-house data recovery attempt (No Guarantee). $200
  • DriveSavers Agent – Confirm drive failure, coordinate with DriveSavers, shipping of documentation and drive for recovery, provide estimate for recovery fee. $TBD

Laptop Screen RepairLaptop Repair: Hardware – Replacement Services

  • Hardware Installs – CPU, CD/DVD, Network, Keyboard (memory installation FREE with purchase). $75/ea
  • Laptop Screen Replacement – cost of screen + $100
  • All Other Laptop Services – In-shop services not listed above, and warranty coordination. $85/hr
